What TON Sign does

The service helps you place a visual signature in a PDF, create a SHA-256 proof signed by a TON wallet, verify such a proof and exchange client-encrypted document versions in rooms.

A visual signature is not PAdES, a qualified electronic signature or government identity verification. A TON wallet proves control of its key, not the holder’s legal identity. You decide whether the result is suitable for your transaction and jurisdiction.

Your documents and security

You must have the right to process selected files and must not use the service unlawfully. Personal documents stay on your device. Room confidentiality depends on a strong passphrase and secure sharing with participants. Every participant must inspect the decrypted document before signing.

Telegram Stars and purchase consent

The first 10 completed documents are free. After that, one signed document or created room costs 5 Telegram Stars unless the interface shows another price. Verification, previews, image conversion and joining somebody else’s room are free. Deleting the account does not reset the used part of the free allowance when registering again during the following 12 months.

Before an invoice is created, the app displays the price and requires current acceptance of these terms. The digital service is supplied when a paid credit is used to complete an operation.

Refunds and payment support

An unused paid credit can be refunded from “Data & support” through Telegram’s Stars refund method. Automatic refund is unavailable after a credit is used; if the service was not supplied correctly, create a support request with the payment date. Telegram, BotFather and bot support do not handle TON Sign’s obligations to buyers — the TON Sign operator is responsible for the service and refunds. Refund timing and availability also depend on Telegram rules.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. Telegram, TON, wallets, networks or maintenance may cause interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss, a wrongly selected file, a lost room passphrase, other signers’ actions or a jurisdiction’s refusal to recognize the result. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

Termination and changes

You can delete the account in the app. Access may be restricted for fraud, attacks or unlawful use. Materially revised terms require new acceptance. Mandatory law applicable to the user and operator applies without removing mandatory consumer protection.
